What's the Brevo Agency program?

The Brevo Agency program is designed for agencies, consultants, and digital professionals using Brevo with and for their clients. How do I refer a client?

To refer a client, make sure to invite them from your own Brevo account. Click on your company name at the top right of your Brevo dashboard, then navigate to "Clients & users" and click "Invite a client". Your client will receive an email to confirm they're working with you. To see a step-by-step, please refer to this help article. Important: You can only invite clients that don't have a Brevo paid plan yet. To access and manage the account of a client with an existing paid plan, please refer to this article.

How do I access and manage my clients accounts?

Click your Brevo account dropdown, and click "Switch account" . You will see an overview of your clients' accounts (those who granted you access). Choose which one to access.

How do commissions work?

To qualify for your partner tier and earnings, you need to either refer a new client or declare an existing Brevo free client. To ensure commission eligibility, please make sure your client hasn't purchase a paid plan before you inviting them. Pioneer partner (1 new paying client referred) : 10% /mo revenue share on your client recurring plan Master partner (5-14 new paying clients referred) : 20% /mo revenue share on your client recurring plan Elite partner (from 15 new paying clients or $1500 MRR referred) : 25% /mo revenue share on your client recurring plan Elite Plus partner ($4000 MRR referred) Commissions stop after 12 or 24 months or every time a new paying customer gets a refund. You must have referred at least 5 new paying customers. To get listed in our Agency Directory, please contact us.
